EU & US CE Certified 5-10L Drinking Water Filling Machine Introduction

This automatic filling machine is specially designed for 5-10L drinking water, including purified water, mineral water and spring water. The machine is compatible with mainstream 5-10L drinking water packaging specifications, enabling flexible switching between 5L, 6L, 8L and 10L filling parameters without frequent part replacement. It is suitable for various common containers such as food-grade PET barrels, HDPE barrels and PC barrels, which are widely used in household, office and commercial drinking water packaging. In terms of measurement accuracy, it adopts high-precision flow meter or weighing measurement mode, with an accuracy of ±0.1%-±0.2%, meeting EU and US drinking water measurement standards, effectively avoiding waste caused by overfilling and unqualified products caused by underfilling. All parts in contact with drinking water are made of 316L food-grade stainless steel, and the seals are food-grade fluorine rubber or silicone rubber, which are non-toxic, odorless and non-leaching, fully complying with EU EC1935/2004 and US FDA 21 CFR regulations. The whole machine adopts a fully enclosed structure, without hygiene dead corners, and supports CIP online cleaning and SIP sterilization functions, which is in line with the HACCP and GMP system requirements of the drinking water industry. The machine adopts PLC intelligent control system to realize fully automatic operation, requiring only 1-2 staff on duty for monitoring. The whole production process includes automatic feeding and positioning of empty barrels, quantitative filling, capping, leak detection and finished product output. It adopts sub-liquid level filling technology to avoid water splashing and secondary pollution, and is equipped with a vacuum back-suction device to prevent dripping. The single-machine capacity can reach 120-500 barrels per hour, which can be equipped with multi-filling heads according to production needs, suitable for small and medium-sized large-scale drinking water production.
