CE Certified 5-10L Edible Oil Filling Machine Introduction

This automatic filling machine is specially designed for 5-10L edible oil, such as peanut oil, rapeseed oil and blended oil. In line with CE certification requirements, the machine strictly follows hygiene and safety standards. Parts in contact with edible oil are made of 316L or 304 food-grade stainless steel, and seals are food-grade silicone rubber, which is odorless and non-leaching, passing the migration test of EU food contact material regulation (EC1935/2004). The closed structure has no hygiene dead corners and supports CIP online cleaning, complying with HACCP system requirements. For safety protection, it follows EN 415 series and EN 60204-1 standards, equipped with emergency stop devices, protective covers and light curtains, with an emergency stop response time ≤0.5 seconds, electrical system protection level above IP54, and noise control in line with ENISO 4871 standards.

The machine adopts PLC intelligent control system to realize fully automatic operation, requiring only 1-2 staff on duty. The whole process includes automatic feeding and positioning, quantitative filling, sealing detection and finished product output. It adopts "fast filling + precise filling" dual-speed control and sub-liquid level filling to reduce foam and oil oxidation, with a vacuum suction device to avoid dripping. The single-machine capacity can reach 120-500 barrels per hour, suitable for small and medium-sized large-scale production.
